Misclik does not offer a standard money-back guarantee or refund policy for any of our software products or subscriptions. All sales are considered final upon successful purchase and activation.

2. LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may only be considered in extreme circumstances where:

  • There is a critical product fault that renders the software completely unusable
  • The issue is verified to be caused by Misclik software and not by user error, system incompatibility, or third-party applications
  • Our technical support team has been unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts

3. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS

If you believe your situation qualifies for the limited exceptions noted above:

  • Contact our technical support team first to attempt resolution
  • If the issue cannot be resolved, you may submit a formal refund request
  • Provide detailed information about the technical issue, including error logs and system specifications
  • Our team will review each case individually based on technical merit

4. EVALUATION PERIOD

We strongly encourage all potential customers to:

  • Review system requirements thoroughly before purchase
  • Test compatibility with your system using any available trial versions
  • Contact our support team with any pre-purchase questions

5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

  • Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not generate refunds for current or past billing periods
  • All subscription periods initiated are non-refundable
  • To cancel a subscription, log into your account and navigate to “Subscription Management”

6. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for non-qualifying refund cases may result in:

  • Permanent account termination
  • Prohibition from future purchases
